The company BM-Bohemiamodell s.r.o. was founded in 1992 and was the first to enter the Czech market with the technology of producing casts using the method of combustible polystyrene models. We began at rented premises in Příšovice and Český Dub. In 1996, we purchased unused buildings from ZD Bílá in the village of Vlčetín, and within two years we renovated and rebuilt these buildings to meet our needs.

 

 

 

Another important step towards the development of the company was the purchase of Pfleghar JP 2000S and Bermag - Pfleghar EURO PX CNC milling machines, which significantly accelerated the production of polystyrene models and improved their quality. In 2015, we expanded our premises to include a new production hall into which, with the help of the “Business and Innovation Operational Programme”, we purchased a SAHOS DYNAMIC S.MAX 5-axis machining centre, which allows us to machine not only polystyrene but also polyurethane foams, plastics, technical wood and aluminium. The acquisition of this machining centre has opened up additional possibilities for offering our services to customers. In the second half of 2019, we modified the production premises and purchased another CNC milling machine for polystyrene.

 

 

In addition to the production of polystyrene foundry models of castings, which is still our key field, we also produce design models, moulds, and scale models from polyurethane foams or technical wood. Thanks to our many years of experience, quality of work and speed, we are a reliable and stable partner for our customers.
